The tap dance clip is very sad-not that the girl who is obviously suffering from some very serious health problem is trying to do something other than sit around and vegitate, but that somebody decided to publicize her video, and that others thought it was "funny."
Last week, I helped treat several children with serious problems, some of them similar to what's going on with the girl in the video. The performance in the video is a major accomplishment for her, but something that lacks context here. Why don't we start talking more about the doxy that dozes off in mid-romp, instead of focusing on the tragic problems a family has had to deal with?

Agreed.
However "crap" that tap-dance is and however odd it looks to the rest of us, that girl rocks. She's got off her ass and she's doing something, she's living her life and having fun, despite her obvious health problems. Good on her, I say.

I had a friend with a dog that would faint if it got startled. It was hilarious. YOu could just run up behind it and "boo" -- and boom, out like a light.

That sounds more like it was fainting.

It's a he first off. He's an underground celebrity. His creepiness is just part of what makes him so fascinating.

He was also suppose to appear on MTV for the award show when Manson did Dope Show but the idiots at MTV decided against it.

I thought he/she was off to the side. He/she couldn't appear but I very much remember he/she was in the background, stage right.

<<Change of Subject>>
I've never personally met a dog that fainted or just fell asleep, but I've seen dogs do some pretty odd things. How about this: when our phone rings more than twice, our largest dog, a German Shepherd, will start to woof and whine, so that when the answering machine has picked up, ALL 3 are howling like you wouldn't believe! We think it's because way back we has our voices as the outgoing message, and they seem to think we're trapped in that little box... (After some annoying and harassing calls, we gave up and left the default digital outgoing message on the machine.)
