I don't think there are any.

The beginning of Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom is quite accurate.

Because it a financial centre as opposed to a cultural center (ie. Beijing) it doesn't get much attention. The cultural revolution forced the west to use HK if they wanted to give any films a Chinese feel.
