Jessica is from Texas. There's a significant difference between "The South" and Texas. Some of us here in Texas take offense at being labeled as part of the South.
Listen to the variety of accents they used in "Dallas." The only one that consistently got any kind of a Texas accent right was Larry Hagman-and he grew up in the Dallas area.

Few things are sexier than a comfortable woman. And by "comfortable", I don't necessarily mean "having a positive body image"; I mean "not suffering from chronic back pain brought on by freakishly huge breasts". Women in pain just aren't sexy.
As for the picture, that looks like a badly-healed surgical scar more than anything else. Now I don't know; maybe she actually had something medically necessary. Open-heart surgery does happen in young people sometimes, after all. However, given those pictures, I don't think I need to say what other kinds of surgeries seem more likely.
