Carmack (of Quake and Doom fame) appears to be supporting the XBox 360, while slamming the PS3 for the Cell processor being too complicated to program for. Newell (of Half Life fame) actually slams the XBox 360, PS3, and Vista, saying the XBox 360 doesn't make his life any better and the lack of a hard drive is a problem, and that Vista doesn't fix any of his problems with Windows. He has the same complaint as Carmack on the PS3. It's use of SPE's makes game design too complicated.

They can bitch all they want but in the end, they'll make games and make tons of money and they will be happy.
