I bought this book because, although I am sexually prolific, I was tired of being forced to work to please new partners every night of the week. I wanted a mental break from thinking about someone else's pleasure. What better way to maintain my focus on receiving head while ignoring the needs of others than to learn to auto-fellate?
Unfortunately, as I have learned from this book, auto-fellatio requires quite a bit of spinal flexibility that I, Smith T. Aames, lack. The author provides a comprehensive exercise regimen to help unfit gentlemen gain the required strength and flexibility. I excitedly drew up an exercise plan based on his recommendations and hit the local gym for two hours per day. This is when I discovered the major drawback of the book. Impressed by my extremely sculpted pecs and what I can only refer to as my guns if I am to show them proper respect, other gym-goers would ask me to share my workout plan with them. The auto-fellatio plan does not resemble traditional workout plans, and many times these people would ask me what my fitness goals are. I learned the hard way that most people will not want to be your friend if they learn your fitness goal is to go down on yourself. In fact, the ones who continue to talk to you tend to be quite creepy and often interested in giving you a social disease.
The other major plus to auto-fellatio, not covered in nearly enough detail in the book, is that you do not lose the nutrition through this act that you do through partnered fellatio. Normally after engaging in partnered fellatio, I frantically down a banana to replace lost potassium (don't worry, I tell my partners that I am eating the banana in order to experience empathy for them). Sometimes I do not have bananas in the house and I have to run to the local convenience store to get one before I die from the failure of the sodium-potassium pump. With auto-fellatio, I am re-ingesting my own output, thereby preventing the loss of any nutrients whatsoever. It is refreshing to be able to eat something other than bananas after an excellent time in the sack.
All told, I recommend the auto-fellatio book but also suggest you do your workouts in the privacy of your own home.
