That will clean the insides of my ears? Fscking left is bothering me, I think its wax build up.

Do not try to clean it on your own! I did this a month ago resulting in the inability to on that ear for two days. It had to be cleaned by a doctor - what a relief!

Both my ears got so full of ear wax at college that I had to go to the doctor and they sprayed water into my ear to get it all out - it took forever!
