This was the output of my NURSS program when I hadn't gotten all the bugs out. This represents about 3 or 4 levels of subdivison on a cube with all vertex edge weights equal. You'll notice that each plane has a circular ring around it. I think the problem was improper indexing for some vertices of something.
Someday I'll make a modeling program with this.
