So the point of the puzzle is to figure out what time it is. There is an image with a double sided arrow pointing to each thing like this:
binary <--> three
Morse Code <--> seven
Semaphore <--> seven
Anagram <--> two
What time is it? AM or PM?
HELP!

Binary for three is 011
Morse Code for seven is ..---
Semaphore for seven is
Anagrams of two are owt, wot, tow, otw, wto
But I have no idea what the solution is.
Sorry.

I think of it this way:
(i) 3 = number of digits of a binary number, which is 111 = 7 at most.
(ii) 7 = morse code with 7 letters … what numbers can you possibly get?
(iii) no idea
(iv) the resulting number allows for two anagrams which are actual times.
Far away from the solution, but maybe ideas to help you solve the riddle.

Well, ShotgunEd got the Morse Code wrong, so that might confuse you. 7 is --... (or --.. in American Morse Code). If they had specified the American version, I could convince myself it's 11:15.

Hello ...
It's noon.
Who told me? Add "Braille <--> seven" at the end ... and a space where appropriate.

It would definitely be 4:30 as opposed to 5:30.
It's obvious the order is important, but I also have to assume the double arrows are as well.
(A) 11 seems highly likely.
(B) Two of the dots could be a colon. Alternatively, it could be 2:03 (two dashes and 3 dots).
(C) 4:30? 7 in semaphore is also G.
(D) There are 5 anagrams for the word two. Only 1 of them (tow) is a real word.
We could add those together. If A and B are minutes, it could be 6:45. If they're hours, it could be 6:33.

Do you have a way to see if you have the correct answer?

When you see the correct answer, there's no doubt about it.
Hint: The clues aren't times. They're individual letters.

Yeah, I get it. That's classic misdirection, but I still can't help but feel a little disappointed.
