On one of my websites, I am making an audio file available for download (i.e. file.m4a) by control clicking on a link to the file. But in Safari, the file automatically downloads with .txt on the end of it. Does anybody know why?

Any suggestions on how I can get just the file to download correctly (without .txt)? Thanks

Make sure you upload the file as binary and make sure your host has the correct handler set for a .m4a. Also, make sure you post your questions in the right forum.
