I dont know if anyone noticed this, but on Deep Thought, right above the eye there is a small apple logo. I was going to do a screen capture, but you cant do that when the DVD player is running. Oh well.

Well they showed it in the movie with the hidden apple. I found this by watching the movie with audio commentary turned on. Its at 1:24:46 in the movie(hr:min:sec), and about 1 minute before that i think. Thats just where i cought it on pause.

Heh. Nice.

DNA had the very first Macintosh ever sold overseas, back in 1984.

Macs figure quite prominently in the Hitchhiker's trilogy (fourth volume).

I can do it with the Capture widget. Works (it does the DVD screen capture) with a MDD G4 but does not work with a B&W G3. Give it a try.

The author was a huge Apple fan. I think he bought one of the first Apple II in UK. The Apple logo in the screenshot is really cool, I think I spotted it when I saw the movie.

The movie was really good also, I recommend.

Totally true. Massive disappointment. Completely pointless. Almost as pointless as Napolean Dynamite, only less funny IMO. The only really good part was when the Vogon dudes were in the guy's backyard and they said, "Run! He's got a towel!!"

That hidden apple thing is very cool though, the author just earned some kudos with me

That's very cool. Some of the movie sucked, some didn't. The funniest thing in the movie for me was that on the planet vogsphere, waiting in the queue was the original marvin robot from the tv series.
