I use a bookmark web page. Have for about 5 years now. Its still the same ass ugly shade of green. But otherwise has gone through many many changes. Its nice because I can access all my bookmarks from any computer anywhere. Except IE because I use Digest authentication to protect the page and IE doesn't support that (but lies and says the server couldn't be reached). It also has an RSS reader built in. Yes it is true that I have to edit html (php) every time I want to add a link. But how long does that really take? And in return I work so much faster and easier having everything at my fingertips all the time no matter where I am. However I do still use application bookmarks for some temporary things, just because it is fast. And I also have been known to load my dock and desktop with URLs too. But other than that, my primary container is my bookmark page.
