Trailer about Palestinian rappers living in Gaza, West Bank, and Israel. Interesting quote "We are the Black people of the Middle East." Click Here for Trailer

Mighty interesting seeing these global hip-hop scenes. Mighty interesting that so many are using hip-hop to express their frustrations.

It's just cool they're making music, that they have a voice at all. They've got everything to shout about... It's a shame they haven't been able to forge a sound that's more their own.

If they and others keep the scene alive I think a sound will emerge. Take the US for example, the South, North, and West all have a different sound. So, it's only logical that a Palestinian style will show up. Or even Gaza, West Bank, and Palestinian/Israel styles. These Palestinians are fledglings.

I'm sure you're right, can't wait to hear whatever sound does emerge. I wonder if they've enjoyed any recent works by Banksy Who knows, maybe seeing a graffiti artist coming at things from a different angle will be an influence. More power to them.

i think i saw a show maybe a year ago about rappers from both sides battling each other, it was interesting

Well, I guess rapping is better than acting like savages and blowing themselves and others up. Their music sucks though. They shouldn't give up their dayjobs, if they have any.
