Well, is it a commercial sentence?, 'despegamos' seems to be used as '(don't separate' so I would say that 'We don't move away from your shipment' is OK. You can say it in a lot of ways… 'We'll care about your shipment' and so…

Despegar means to take off. But when used in reference to people you would use Despegamos means we are separating ourselves or splitting up.... de su envio means from your sent package and no nos means we will not.

We will not separate ourselves from your package. It's nothing to worry about. They'll handled the package from start to finish and it won't be handed off to some third party for delivery. There is a huge problem with theft in South America in postal offices. Don't know the status now a days but I remember trying to send something to my family once... they never got it. Anything that indicates that it's coming from or to North America is a potential target.
