Hope it's okay to pst this here. I have very little programming experience and I need to write a program in the Little Man Computer language (LDA, STO, ADD, SUB, BRZ, etc). Unfortunately I haven't the slightest idea where to begin. Here it is... I have to take a series of input numbers (no limit) determine the largest and smallest values and output both of them, smallest first. The program needs to use the value 000 as a "stop flag" that will let the computer know that there are no more inputs. Any help with this would be appreciated!

I think you're in the wrong forum. You might want to try a programming forum.
