I like that.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

Their 'real' product (essentially Google Suggest for the safari search bar) is nice too.

While many say that Dave's an asshole, at least he's a genius.

The beta version on the web and the original version are separate things...
Beta is a webform using AJAX to do it's stuff and the original is a plugin for Safari that would take over the search field and try and guess what you were typing

i was just replying to salty's post since he didn't seem to notice/know that the /beta is a web based version of the plugin (as King Bob On The Cob said).

sorry to resurrect this post, but i wanted to tell everyone that inquisitor 2 has been released for safari. it brings the web based one's features to safari.

when inquisitor came out he mentioned that it would be free. version 2 is now an experiment in donation ware. to get the download link for inquisitor 2 you have to go through a paypal page. you can donate as much or as little as you feel the software is worth, and then you will be emailed a download link.

i paid this morning since and the download link was something with my email address in it, so i guess you can't just share your download link around. but you could always just send the file around. will this experiment work? who knows.

Please post the download link I'd like to use it and don't have pay pal. Not to mention my extra cash goes other places than Donation Ware (yah I'd like to pay, but there's lots of things I'd like to do, highest on that though would be things like supporting our church's youth group and what not)

no, i'm not posting the download link.
if you want the download link that badly, email the creator of the app, and tell him your story.
