Just noticed the iMac includes the Mighty Mouse. Looks like we're leaving the one button mouse era.

Let's all bow our heads in sadness at the passing of the one button mouse.

They need them standard on laptops. At least with desktops you've always been able to upgrade the mouse to dual button; with laptops, the built in mouse is un-upgradeable. Ctrl-click? What an inelegant compromise.

Except that by default the mouse will almost surely be configured for only one button. So I wouldn't say we're leaving any era.

You don't say. Was it able to pick itself back-up?

The mightymouse is still lame. Even the old beige one-button mouse from the 90s was more comfortable and practical.

I like my mighty mouse, but I no longer feel "special".

This is going to make a lot of kittens unhappy.
