Don't forget, from now on you are legally entitled to refer to yourself as, "the award winning Cubeoid..." Or, "the Jo-ward® winning Cubeoid..."
You may also say you won, "a giant Mojo Award." (Note: The letter "g" in the word "giant" must not be in caps unless Giant starts the sentence, as in, "Giant Mojo Award winner, Cubeoid...")
The words, "Mo-cademy" "Jo-ward" "Mo-ward" "Moj" are ® trademarks and any use in this context and/or when referring to the Mo-cademy or the award must be accompanied by an indication that these are protected terms and trade marks.
However, the terms Mojo or giant mojo can not be protected and as such DO NOT qualify for the ® symbol or any indication of leagl protection.
In other words, people may know what you mean when you say you have a "giant Mojo" however you MAY NOT indicate the term is legally protected as both words are in the public domain and may not be co-opted by this body.
