More details tomorrow, but I just got home and it's almost 3am. I'm tired. Oh, and we got pulled over on the way back from the police station.

Insane.

So you know some of the details of the story already?

Put some ice on the area and the swelling and sensitivity should subside with in about a few hours. If you see blood with your stool don't worry you're not bleeding internally.

Never arrested, never in jail; but I've been patted down a few times. One was in my own parking space at an apartment I lived in once; guess my car at the time looked like a car being tailed from a few undercovers (cutlass supreme). When I pointed out that my car could not possible be mistaken for anything else on the road (some 3000 divets from a hail storm) they decided that I "wasn't who they were looking for".

That's all I got.

No one is above the law.

Especially this woman: Arrested for $1 in back taxes.

Unbelievable.

Maybe Cash didn't pay a buck in taxes somewhere along the line?

I vote that the whole thread be deleated. The subject proclaims the "seriously craziest Ca$h story yet." Yet, there's no damn story. Not surprising I guess...

I wish you well bad_quote. Hope that all is well today. Look forward to hearing the rest of the story.

I am sure the police department had a few good chuckles out of Rob's misfortune.

He probably DEMANDED he be let out, and how them putting him in jail isn't fair, because there are other people doing whatever he did too.

I have no idea what heinous criminal act mr. Ca$h commited (the possibilities are endless), but one scenario is:

A policeman threw a cigarette out of his policecruiser and Ca$h picked it up and threw it back in the car. Seriously, one night in jail will do him good, I don't care what happens to him. He's the guy who has wished me dead before. Screw 'im. Hopefully he didn't get "bubba" as his cellmate.

That's great.

I see that bad_quote is "online" so perhaps he is getting ready to tell us all about his ordeal.

Okay, before I tell you my incredible story involving car chases across milwaukee (not me), police brutality, racist police officers, digital pictures, and getting arrested by not doing anything wrong, I need a few questions answered. First off, as I feel that I've been wronged here (and I think you'll agree after reading all this, as it is just insane), I'm DEFINITELY going to court. I can't even start to think how much this pisses me off...but anyway, CONSIDERING that I'm going to court, can I tell you guys about my story? Or do I have to remain silent about it until after my court date? Can I talk to the newspapers? Or will that worsen my court appearance?

Even though you're not exactly my favorite person on these forums, here's some decent advice if your story is true. Go see a lawyer, they'll lay out the strategy for you if they feel you have a legitimate case. Document your wounds (take pictures) and go visit a medical center just to get documentation that you required medical assistance after being "beat up by racist police".

Hey Rob, I'm on your side all the way.

I've started a couple of threads about police brutality down here in Florida, including tasering people for NOTHING AT ALL, and some loonies here tried to tell me that the police are "doing their jobs" and all kinds of crap.

Basically, you don't have to say anything at all about police brutality - I'm convinced of it - but why don't you shed some light and pose some HYPOTHETICALS (wink wink) so that we can help you make some great points when you do go to court?

Just a thought.

KarlG: Let's wait to hear what he has to say first.

I mean, let's not judge him before we hear the story...innocent until proven otherwise and that sort of thing?

If you plan on going to court and claiming any of that, get a lawyer immediately and don't run your trap to anyone, including the Internet. Spout off enough, and you're bound to slip up.

You'll have way more credibility if you get a lawyer. Some will even do it for free, unless you win. Make this into a white "rodney king" story and sue them.
