In a small Bible College out in Manitoba (the one I went to last year) 5 people this year who all used PCs last year now own iBooks. As well as the ones who already did. I went there the other day and everywhere you turn someone has an iPod or iBook.
I'm glad to see Apple gaining more power. As well we are selling a good number of them at Best Buy, and before I started there I would never have thought of buying a Mac from BB

Apple can remain a 2% market share company for 100 years. Any company that is profitable, will stay around as long as it wants to.

We would prefer more, and there are those who think that if Apple wasn't at 2% it wouldn't be special. They are idiots. I'd rather see 10-50% than 2%.

I'm a bird. I am the 1% (of pets).

10% means more software, also means better support from third party companies and for your average daily technical needs.

The other "curiouser" argument comes from David Daoud, who believes that the iPod G5s could very well succeed in a digital home experience that isn't so much centered around...the computer.
iPod G5's, eh?
