I'm looking to pick up some new reading material dealing with business leadership skills. Does anyone here have any recommendations for the manager of a small business? Thanks!

Management and Machiavelli by Antony Jay is excellent - teaches you to "think different".

And watch lots of Star Trek: The Next Generation - Picard is a pretty good example of how to do things.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
