Well I was at the Trafford Centre today, and the New Apple Retail Store is looking very close to complete. The black plywood has been taken down (this was still up last week). The front of the shop appears to be having no window display, as the entire front it taken up by the security shutter. (I wasn't available to take any pic's as I didn't have a camera)
Anybody have any 'inside info' on when the grand opening is going to be, must be real soon now.
There is no info on the
Apple uk retail site (very typical of Apple Uk) or on the
Trafford Centre site (besides 'soon'), and the 'Customer Information' desk in the Mall didn't know ether.
Maybe there's not going to be a 'Grand Opening' with the free T's offers etc. and they are planning to just 'open up' one day when it's ready?
