Yeah, this is GhostRider, a stunt motorcycle guy from Sweden. He basically does a lot of videos like this but he usually is the one being chased. The videos are in the same vein as those other Stockholm chase videos. Apparently he is doing the chasing this time posing as a cop hence the "Undercover" in the title.

Meh. This is kinda lame. That siren si ****ing annoying, and the engine sounds never change with the camera view. Blech. Half-assed chase, sped up footage, bad sound. Could have been a lot cooler.
