Does anyone know at what time Apple posts new episodes of shows? For example, I had this scenario with my mom today:

[Mom walks in at 7:30]
Mom: Is there a game on tonight you want to watch?
Me: Lost is on at 8PM, and I really want to see it.
Mom: Then I'll start dinner now.

[Fast forward to 7:58]
Mom: Come to dinner!

[Fast forward to 8:03]
Mom: Don't wait for me to sit down - go ahead and start eating. You don't want to miss your show.

So, needless to say, I just punted on the idea of catching any of the show (what's the point if you don't catch the beginning?). So now I'm dying to know if I can get up at 4 AM central time to catch the show before I run off to work.
