Can you relate it back to 1996?

It's back from 1996 if I remember correctly. Probably not too many here were hooked up to the net or even using a Mac back in the days.

Well, I have been online with a Mac since Jan 1995.

Still, that stuff is not really funny.

I was on the net on a Mac in '96. I don't remember those cartoons though.

Ok, lost in translation (tm).

Are you implying that these stris were online in 1996 ?

HA!

I was on Prodigy in '90-'91 and had a real internet connection in 92 or 93.
Paco is bitter about the loss of his .mac webpage. Image will return when his sadness lessens.

I remember the one from about that era that had two people in a Jetsons-type space car flying around a futuristic city, and the caption had one of them saying, "Hey, did you hear? They're saying Apple might go out of business any time now!"

Anyone have a scan of that?

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

it's unbelievable how many time the critics have said Apple will go out of business in the past. I laugh as the stock price rapidly approaches $65.

Very bright.
Yes, they are scans. I had printed them out back in the time and scanned them as I found them when I was pimping my room. Now you won't find them on the net anymore. macworks.com doesn't respond. I find this interesting, there is so much digital stuff that gets lost over time.

Don't remember them, but like them.
