Okay, this is more information than anyone wants to hear, but I've got some kind of stomach bug that's wasting me away via the toilet.

I've been eating Imodium-AD like PEZ, and it's just not working. Not only that, it's Friday night, no doctors to visit, and my sister is getting married tomorrow — but if this keeps up, there's no way in Hades I can be at the church and reception for 6 some-odd hours. In fact, I had to leave the rehearsal dinner tonight because of this.

I think I'm only hours away from actually experiencing what it's like to crap your brains out.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?!?!?

Eat yogurt and nothing else. Microbes should slow things down

Got any opiate based pain pills?

They clog you up like there is no tomorrow.

Do you have a fever? Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. If need be, maybe you should go to an emergency room.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

As others have said, stay hydrated.
Try some flat coke, sipped at room temperature. Bananas are good too.

And Kevin is right, opium solves the problem instantly.

If its anything like the stomach flu I had last week, then the 2nd day will be ok. You will not like the 3rd day though...

If you can keep it down, drink a small amount of hard liquor. It will certainly kill anything that is in your stomach, and you may even feel a little happier!

You're gonna have to explain that one to me. Hershey = candy bar, yes? Are they notorious for causing such movements or something?

Cheese and pedialyte.

Pedialyte is a children's based hydration drink. It's also good for hangovers.

I've just been eating Imodium AD like PEZ. And now, the train is in the station and it doesn't want to leave — which I guess is better than it not stopping at all.

I've been drinking water like crazy, too, but this stomach bug takes it out of you (in more ways than one). Holy crap, I feel like the walking dead because I have no energy whatsoever. I've never had the grumps like this before in my life, and I hope I'm getting over the hump.

After all the stuff today, I have to hope I can make it through playing guitar tomorrow from 8:30am to 12:30pm without doing any improv soloing.
