I love hamburgers and fries. I like fries that are crispy and golden brown. Hamburgers taste so good, especially with cheese. Burger king has really good fries. When in Southern California I like to stop by the In n Out burger for a double double, duble beef and double cheese, sooooo good. Fries are awesome.
Click for large hamburger image. It looks sooo good.

I've always wanted to go into a McDonalds, order a cheeseburger, and ask them to hold the cheese. I've never done this though because I keep on chickening out.

Heck, the Checkers near my house serves their cheeseburgers without cheese. At least, the last three times I've ordered one, I didn't get any cheese. I've since stopped ordering it.

Actually, I've done this before many times because most McDonalds nearby me sell a 2 cheeseburger meal but not the hamburger meal, so if you want the 2 hamburger meal, you order the 2 cheeseburger meal and tell them to hold the cheese.

And the winner for WORST burger goes to:
"Steak and Shake"
How can they charge so much for a perforated piece of meat? The patty is smaller than a single burger at McD's. I don't get it?

Also, Stanich's on Fremont in NE Portland, is awesome! But for the quick and dirty I never mind stopping at Burgerville.

Ah yes, Burgerville is definitely the best "fast food" type burger joint in the Northwest. I'll have to check out Stanich's, I've never been there.
Humdinger is also a good place in the Portland area. I know there are at least a couple of em (one in Beaverton).

In-n-Out Burger <3
That's one of the first place I visited when I arrived in Cali. A few people clued me in about their secret menu NYC has nothing even close to this superb level of quality.

Ditto. There's a reason they offer a 3-patty burger.
Steak-n-Shake = thin burgers + thin fries + thin shakes.

A good burger is an awesome treat. Try to stay away from red meat due to health effects. Lean is always better.
