Well its official the arbitrator msnbc upheld everything. The eagles don't have to open up their training facility they can deactivate him and of course he's suspended for 4 weeks. A total win for the organization.

My $.02 is that he got what he deserved and the eagles got off easy. They knew his ability to disrupt a team but in their arrogance they thought they could control or manage him.

TO sucked the guts out of the season with his greed, showmanship and greaseball agent. Being from the Philly area everyone here is happy to see him go. Here in Philly we saw more than anyone else did in the news. Him pushing aside kids asking for autographs, cursing at the press across the street from his house...he is a stuck up egomaniac and no tears were shed from this news here in Philly.
