How to read his name ?

I've 3 choices

1. Ive (I-ve')
2. Ive (like GIVE)
3. Ive (like FIVE)

If I don't know how to pronounce something in English, I select the text and go to Services->Speech->Start Speaking Text.

Except that text-to-speech is often wrong, and names are often pronounced varyingly.
