I don't have a video camera, but my digital photo camera can shoot video, 5 minutes at a time. The resolution matches that new video Podcast standard, started with the 5G iPod: 320x240. Anyone checked? It would be nice to know I have the potential to make video Podcasts.

There's a profram called "Podner" that I've been using to change .mpg music videos I've collected into the iTunes format. The trial program only let's you convert 2.5 minutes per movie, but seems to work well, so I'm going to pay for the full version.

Give the trial version a shot....

The resolution isn't the problem, it's the format and codec used in the camera.
