This is really cool. I remember back in the 90s when the first microprocessor was developed to transode electrical signals from the brain. Well, it looks like there's a company that's really moving forward with it. This hand will be grafted to the major nerve ends and partially control the hand.
The hand itself is really impressive. Most of the time I think of these artifical limbs, it's just a thumb and the four fingers and the close like a clamp. This one actually has individual fingers, with motors for each joint, AND an opposable thumb. Cool.
