I would bet they turn out to be pretty bad photos. Probably very unflattering and not what people are expecting. That's how almost all hot celebrity candid nude photos look. (not that i'm an expert on the subject or anything)

Well, it's reasonable to expect that things you do in your own backyard are private. It's pretty obnoxious that a guy set up a camera that works over very long distances from some spot that could peer over fences into her private residence. I think it's reasonable to say that if you have a 6 foot privacy fence up that people don't have a right to force their way in, whether it be physically or optically. I certainly don't want anyone doing that to me, and I don't feel that making millions of dollars takes away her ability to have that privacy.
If she went topless at the beach or outside of her own property, then snap photos all you want.
