Every day I feel more sick than the previous one. I might have to take 1 week off work because when I get closer to the office I am almost puking on the door handle. The feeling is more intense as time presses. Not only through the week, but weekends too. I look out and want to puke. Humanity is sick and I wish I could just be ignorant. The only good is that my food bills are less because I lose my appetite for days, as it comes and goes in batches.
I guess I desperately posted here in the hopes that at least one other person has felt or does feel like this.

Take the money you saved on food, and go see a councillor. If you can't afford that, call a local Pastor.

I fell rollerblading and had extreme Vertigo and nausea for about a month. My only cure was Gravol everyday (which makes you drowsy).
Have you seen your doctor?

What Salty said. Get help NOW.
You are depressed my friend. Find someone, anyone, close to you that you feel you can confide in and tell them what you just told us. And then go see a therapist. And don't worry about money, most municipalities, even here in the States, offer some basic public assistance for mental health support. And if it comes to it, we'll take up a collection here for you in the Lounge to pay for a couple sessions.

One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Call your parents/relatives/close friend or whoever you really trust. If you have the financial means, take some time off and stay with them for a few weeks. Just relax with them at first, then try to figure things out and change your life in whatever way you think you need to.
Or go volunteer to help with people that have nothing to look forward to and get some perspective from that. Lots of nice people willing to chat are usually working at those kinds of places.

Well, just from the few responses, you guys surprise me. Guess I will go to sleep with a little bit of faith left yet. I will say one thing about you Americans: you seem to always be willing to help.

Sounds very much psychological. Stress. Extreme stress and panic. Disgust at the world. Something is affecting you.
Do not lock yourself up at the house, even for a week. See a psychologist, drink alcohol (if you are ok with that) and write down your thoughts. Sleep at night.
Don't be alone. Reach for help and pray if you are religious. It is meditation and good for the body. Control your breath. Breath with your stomach and keep every breath calm and deep.
Hope you make it.
cheers

Scratch the booze part, it will depress you more. Smoke some pot instead... 1) it will relax you 2) It is an anti-nausiant 3) the world will look better when you do

It is pretty depressing just how stupid the general population is. I see escalades driving around with little jesus fish on the back flicking cigarette butts out the window while yappiing on a cell phone and not using turn signals.... and I just wish I could secede from the human race.

I would suggest renting the yellow submarine in addition to that.

One of my fav flicks. Some years back when I watched the film stoned for the first time (not the first time I actually saw the film) and it came to the part where they count through 64 seconds in a variety of fonts/images during When I'm Sixt-Four, those 64 seconds seemed to last for-bloody-ever! Fun times.
*edited to add* Yellow Submarine is a great film to watch if you're down and need something to lift your spirits for a bit (regardless if you've had a toke or not).

I bought the movie 5 years ago and never got through the first 15 min so I shelved it till 6 months ago with the pot combo, damn I wished it would last forever.
The movie also scared me as a kid.

The movie also scared me as a kid.
I remember MuchMusic airing it once when I was a kid and enjoying the parts that I saw but, since I didn't see the whole thing it left me with a lingering curiosity about it for a long time because it seemed so strange and wonderful to me at the time. When I actually did see it from front to back for the first time, I was just as pleased as I had been when I was a kid. I can definitely see why a kid might find it scary, though.
There are some things that are just meant to be seen while stoned at least once. Yellow Submarine certainly is one of them.

freudling, be careful and get some help somehow. It's not so bad humanity. there is plenty of good- go away and visit some other places to restore your faith. see a doctor to restore your health.

This thread was about freudling, not you, and if people driving escalades with little jesus fish on the back flicking cigarettes out the windw while yapping on a cell phone and not using turn signals makes you want to secede from the human race, then you should join him in getting help. Seriously.

I was about to say the same thing.
Pot, when taken at max twice a month, can really help those downs. Of course, don't use it all day.
But in my experience, it really helps get you up. Yes, the world is depressing, but pot helps you think about what makes the world a cool place too.
If drugs aren't your thing, just go out in a bar sometime... I donno. Go see a movie, talk to people you don't know.
Travel.
Read "On The Road."
The very first sentences are of capital importance.
Good luck in your journey
remember we all go thru it.

A few years ago, I was at a very stressful job. It got to the point, that I was having really bad stomach pains, eventually to the point of having to do the hospital. I got some medication to help that, but it didn't address the cause. It was anxiety in my case. See a doctor, it's relatively easy to treat nowadays.
