The troublesome thing is that she intends to dupe parents. Why exactly is it her business to do something against the intention of the parents? Just be honest. Maybe his wording is not good, but here is how I would put it:

America...
Violence in public = more acceptable
Sex in public = less acceptable

His generalization is correct when compared with Europe.

In the US, violence is much more accepted in public than nudity and porn.
Look at violent movies that get cut for European audience, because what is appropriate here (US) for a certain age group is not accepted in Europe for the same age group.

Nudity and sex on the other hand is much more accepted in Europe. You'll see bare breasts on billboards or on TV at prime time. Or in movies, look at for instance at Basic Instinct. The European version was much more explicit.

To me sex is as natural a thing as any. If the hubbub is about hidden sex education that the children do not understand, then we might as well ban all games with educational messages - after all, we never know who we might be offending be teaching their children about stuff they don't agree with.

A basic explanation of where he came from is certainly more than appropriate to a 5-year-old when he or she asks.
