Why don't women and men compete against each other in motorsport? If physical strength isn't an issue then why not? I think it would make it more interesting. F1 is as dull as ****.

Some do, Danica Patrick came 4th in Indianapolis this year, McLaren F1 have had Sarah Fisher test drive their car, and Katherine Legge tested a Minardi recently (but crashed!). Women are there, but not at the top flight yet. I can see it as quite possible for a team to have a female race driver in F1 in the next few years.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

There were two female drivers who competed in Formula 1 during the 1980s, but not for the leading teams.

Uh, come on, where's the obligatory 'because all women are crap drivers' response? Or perhaps we should throw in a 'because they're too busy doing the laundry'?

:ducks:

Oh yes, it is… you need to be in great shape, cornering at those speeds is very demanding with the neck and shoulder upper muscles mainly. Without the adequate preparation, a driver would not be able to complete just a single F1 race.

Constantly pulling over a G around corners isn't a good thing when you have boobs.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

Well, yes, I suppose that's true.
