I just received an email from Apple asking to fill up a long questionnaire about Apple's products, and especially the nano and its various uses and paraphernalia.

How is it related to the actual 6 Lawsuits, do you think?

It's common for a company to ask a sampling of their customers how they're doing. If you've purchased a number of items, or been a customer for quite a while, they would be interested in your opinions and ideas.

Those.

Some companies will also check up on consumers when under fire. I do not believe Apple's future to be under threat, but working for a big company myself, I know that an ongoing checkup on consumers, and especially on some of them may make the difference in the renewal of some contracts.

In this case, although some of the questions were inquiring about other iPod models, the target was mainly on the appreciation of the iPod nano.
