Recommend a tollfree dial-up ISP for N. America

TollFreeISP is ceasing operations today and I'm looking for some alternatives. Can anyone recommend a tollfree dial-up service that covers North America?
I came across this site, but I don't know if they're any good.

Don't know where you are, but Bellsouth is 800-4-DOTNET.

Yeah, but you still have to subscribe to their ISP service for a monthly fee.
From what I understand, he is looking for an dialup ISP w/o monthly fee.
I have seen those in europe a lot, but there you don't have unlimited local calls, so the ISPs get paid by the carriers.
