I just stumbled across this on the Internets.
AIO card is a thin client. It is like a remote display on a card over wireless. It means all its processing, and storage remains on a powerful server. It uses the same thin client technology found in Sun Rays. It only needs a small processor that does nothing but send the touch and other inputs to a server, and the server sends the display and sound back. Since all the storage is on a server, it gives you virtually unlimited storage for your data, pictures and songs. (unlikes iPods and mp3 players which have a limited memory)
It has a paper like display similar to E-Ink which is thin, touch sensitive and very energy efficient. You can use your bluetooth headset to hear audio. You can make and receive unlimited phone or video calls! It can also interface to any other bluetooth device like keyboards or mouse or cameras.
Since it doesn't need much power for the processor or the display, it runs on energy from solar cells (similar to those you may find on a calculator) So you never have to worry much about charging it.
Note that this is just a concept, not a real product.

That's kinda neat. Since it's a thin client, it'd keep it OS independent. Apple could sell an iPod/OS X-like interface for it.
I was going to comment on the color display, but I checked out E-Ink's website and it looks like they finally introduced a color version of it. That really surprised me given how it works. Apparently they added a film to the top of the screen (so it's a little bit thicker than a normal E-Ink) that makes the color.
Nifty.

That's not gonna happen anytime soon.
BT and WiFi suck quite a lot of energy. Plus, holding it with the display up would have the solar panel down, facing away from any light.

This is what makes me hate industrial designers. OOooOOoo check out this really nifty gadget that uses technology that doesn't exist I made! Wowie! Cool! That almost inspires me to make a titanium barrelled needle with a red laquer'd cross on it, and it could cure any disease in the whole world using nanomachines! yay!
