Thanks for that bugmenot website. Nice stuff.

I liked the article, it was interesting to get another view of the Keynotes. Working in the job that I do, I fully understand all the work, and all the people that is needed to bring something like this to life. I would love to be able to work on one of those. To be working that closely with Steve would be quite the experience.

Not a positive one I would think. I have worked with people like him before.

I think that all depends. I've worked with people who I think might be a lot like Steve, and yes the stress was insanely high, but the work that I produced was some of the best I've ever done. And it was because they kept pushing me. Of course it was all done respectfully. No insults or belittling. I'm pretty sure that's how Steve operates. Maybe he's not the best at constructive criticism, but I don't think he makes his people feel like crap. He just pushes he hell out of em until they are about to crack. Thats when most people do great work.
