How do you manage to use Winforms and MLS with a Macintosh?

Good question. My guess is with Virtual PC.

Hopefully in the future as Apple's market-share grows and this wont be a problem anymore. But until then Intel's virtualization technology will be the temporary solution allowing you to be able to run multiple OS' on the same computer at the same time.

My cousin owns a real estate brokerage and they've just recently switched from ARIS to an internet-based system because the majority of agents were switching to Macs.
