Does anyone have/know of a 'workaround' for me to
make an MP4 for my sons PSP from his Star wars
Episode three DVD ?

Have you ripped the dvd to your harddrive yet? If not, use handbrake to rip the dvd. I am sure you could get handbrake to rip straight to psp setting, but honestly, I have no idea what those are.

After you have ripped the dvd you can use pspware to convert the video to psp format.

That is exactly what I did do, but unfortunately the Star Wars
DVD is encrypted/copy protected and just stalls Handbrake reaches
the end of its job ( 4 Hours ) You can't buy a UMD of the movie - he
already owns the DVD - surely he should be able to rip an MP4 and
watch it on his PSP ?
