It is very old. Been around since the late 90's. People have tried to find out who the voice is, but the owner of the site has not given out those details. I think there is even a wikipedia article on it. Anyway, old news. Yawn.

I don't think it is really important, but to prove that it has been around since 1999 you can go the the waybackmachine and see that the site has been the same circles floating in a circle since at least November 1999. There, no more bickering.
