Not as exciting as Operation Butterfly - but I need your help.
Ask G.O.D., the project I have been working on with my brother for the last 7 months, is finally ready to launch. But before we do, we need volunteers for our Beta test.
Ask G.O.D. (
www.askgod.com) is a new service that will enable you to get any information available on the internet by simply making a toll-free phone call. An Ask G.O.D. internet search expert "Angel" will retrieve the information for you immediately and will give you the answer over the phone, or will text message it if you wish.
We have been training the Angels for two weeks now, and we feel they are ready to take calls and answer any question any of you might throw at them.
The Beta test will begin this Monday, 1/16/06, and will end on Friday, 1/20/06. For each day of that period, you will be able to call 800-777-1411 (and press option 3) from 8:00AM CST until 10:00PM CST. You can call as many times as you wish, the more the better, for free of course.
On the very first time you call, an “Angel” will ask you a few quick questions to set you up. Once set up, your subsequent calls will be instantly recognized by our system and you will be personally greeted by an Angel eager to answer your query.
At the end of the Beta test week, if you have a moment to spare, we would like to get feedback from you regarding your experience with our service.
Please use us for any questions you might have about any topic in the course of your day. If you are one of those people who “know it all” and never have a doubt about anything, you can either apply to be an “Angel” with our company (just kidding) or please think of questions not-so-perfect people would call up about to help us test our system.
If you want some suggestions as to the type of questions to ask, please go to
http://www.askgod.com/SampleQuestions - but remember, there is no limit to what you can ask.
Also, we have made many of the links that our Angels use in a clean interface available to everyone by going to the Ask G.O.D. portal. You can either bookmark this page or save it as your homepage for quick reference to the most useful sites on the Internet.
If you know anyone else that might be interested in using this service during the Beta test, feel free to point them to this page.
