I hardly think Apple will stop fulfilling orders for Xserve RAIDs and Xserves. What I do think though is that Apple will move to selling PPC and x86 Xserves in the future, and will continue to do what they can proportional to their size in that market.
If there's money to be made Apple's not going to abandon it. However I don't think they really had anything to add.

I hope Apple isn't moving away. I love the XServe. Best bang for the buck.
