What exercise equipment do any of you have?
I have always enjoyed physical activities. Like bicycling and rollerblading and even walking my dog (or the dog I'm fostering at the time.)
I don't run because I have notoriously bad knees.
My husband has a Bowflex and I have a Nordic Track Pro ski machine that I actually really love even though it's older.
I've never used the Bowflex but he encouraged me to start using it - he's taken the job to be my personal trainer with it - and I have to say that I really do love it.
Any of you have a Bowflex? Any other exercise equipment in the home? Or do you go to the gym to use their equipment?

Running shoes. A bicycle. Free weights. A rug to do pushups and crunchies. A heavy beer mug.

Heh. Yeah, I know, just posting more pictures of the 'hottis' in NJ. Hahahaha. I don't really understand the 'getting huge' mentality at all. I'd just rather be 'in shape' not in 'rambo's shape'.

Powerblocks for weights and a jump rope for cardio. iPod for running... although I absolutely hate running and will avoid it at all costs (rather skip an hour of rope as opposed to 20 min of jogging).
I tend to focus on stretching and fast twitch muscles. Helps the golf swing and hops for volleyball.
