Anyone have any odd and rare Apple computers or gadgets?

One offs? I love seeing weird Apple stuff.

For example 7 or so years ago one of my friends gave me this

He was a tech back in the early computer years and had gotten ahold of one of these.

I've had it on my keychain since. I haven't seen one around like it (I am sure they made tons of them)

I have, still sealed, a Mac Plus looking sticky note pad thing. Stands about 5" tall or so. Pretty cool. All 6 sides look like all 6 sides of a Mac Plus; ports, colors and all.

That is really cool Kevin.

I have one of those hex wrenches. It came with my Apple 3.5" drive controller card that I put in my Apple IIgs back in 1993. The card allowed the Apple IIgs (or a IIe) to use the old "SuperDrive" 1.44 MB 3.5" high density floppy drive.

The tool was used to tighten the hex screws for the drive port on the card.

I think one of the cooler Mac items was the clear, acrylic lighted display of the Mac (the Picasso drawing) and had a beige bas. Apple gave them to their authorized sellers.

should still be easy to open a bottle with that, unless the metal is too soft.

you can open a beer bottle easily with a lighter or a teaspoon.

obviously; and i don't need anything other than a table to open a beer bottle.

but it was implied that he thought it was a can/bottle opener by the question, how do you open? well, i'm saying because its a wrench. it wasn't meant to.

The one I wish I had kept was a Dayrunner-type thing made for Apple. I had a few of them in the late 90s (found them for a few bucks at an outlet store) and made some change selling them on Ebay to collectors. I've never seen one since, but I wish I'd had the dough to keep one.
He can be fixed -- you can't.

Sure, if you have a shitty table that you don't mind beating up. Heck, the 'ground' can technically get a bottle open.

no no no. i can do it on a glass table too; no chips. years of practice (and broken bottles, and a couple broken glass end tables). brand of beer helps; as some cappers don't cap as well as others.
