Samsung is the same ram used in most macs. I just purchased Samsung RAM for my powerbook and its great and no voltage or frequency issues. I say get the Samsung RAM.

I have a stick of Samsung RAM (DDR2, bought from Newegg) in my PowerBook, and it works great. Can't say anything about the RAM you linked to, though.
