Macs win the Mission hip wars

Hypothesis: Macs are hip, and therefore hip coffee houses should have tons of Macs.
Method: Visit new hip coffee house (Ritual), and count the number of Macs vs. PCs.
Results: 22 Macs, 7 PCs
Conclusion: Macs are hip.

Well, either that, or coffee junkies who don't have anything better to do except hang out at the local coffee house, prefer Macs.

Hmm... It seems not to display green puke text highlighting that until the page is (close to) fully loaded.

So, I wonder if it can slow loading of the page too.

I'm not surprised. Nearly all the coffeeshops I visit and frequent here in Austin (especially those downtown or near UT) are filled to the brim with Macs. Every now and then you'll see a few businesssmen lug around their Dell laptops - but it's still a rarity.

Read that comment. It's a riot. In fact, most of them are worth a laugh or two.

"...The mac laptops were so hot that people couldn't use them on their laps anymore. And that hurted battery life too..."

Gee, thems PC folks is sure smart!

The script executes in your browser after the page has rendered. With a slow computer and a complex page it's rather amusing.

Saft blocked IntelliTXT without problems. I'd expect PithHelmet to do the same. Just a quick info for us that vastly prefer Safari to Firefox
