Once again she drives to blame someone else for her problems. This time she claims that because of photographers it was safer for her baby to be on her lap instead of in a car seat - which is the law. Can you imagine if she'd hit someone or something and the air bag inflated or worse if she smashed her infant son against the steering wheel?

What an ASS she is.

A friend of mine was in court for something and the case before his was a woman who did essentially the same thing. She got her license suspended for 2 years.

And, anyway, if she HAD to get the baby out of his car seat, why didn't she give the baby to the other person in the front seat?

Apparently my parents rarely put me in my car seat when I was a kid, my mom would often have me in her lap... then again I think she was generally in the passenger's seat when she did this... that said I do remember sitting my parents lap when I was a kid and they drove too... then again I also have been told they used to throw me across the room to each-other...
Yah... not really trying to support Mrs. Spears... just... saying there's other crazy people...

Yes, it's her baby. But the baby doesn't have a say in the matter of whether or not she is danger- therefore, we have laws that "make" adults do the right thing until the child can defend itself.
