Beautiful, IceEnclosure. Looks like a pretty upscale part of town, too. Then again, it'd likely have to be. You don't see many of those parked outside the local Safeway.

If I had my camera a few weeks ago, there was a Ford GT parked in front of the Apple Store down here. Beautiful car, even better looking in person.

I really want to like the new Lamborghinis, but I just can't. Just because they are Audis. Give me a good old Countach with a tractor clutch anyday.

Last week outside the Ritz, there was a Bentley Continental GT, a turbo Cayenne, an M5, and a Murcielago
I kicked myself for not having my camera

between Murcielago and Gallardo, there's easily 10 or so tooling around town on any given day around here. I see 'em every day and I love 'em!

It's full of Audi parts and switches and the quattro system and the engine is pretty german as well. But the most important problem is that Lamborghini and Bugatti and Bentley have all sold their soul to Audi. There is nothing left of it. The new cars are too good and too German. A Lamborghini should be a wild beast that is hard to control, not a tame V10 powered shopping trolley. The new cars are too refined, they should be raw and beastly. Like a bull.
They don't feel like a real Lamborghini or Bugatti or Bentley anymore and that's what makes me so sad.
I loathe VAG with a passion.
The Gallardo does look great. Especially the SE version.

Murciélago, that's a hard one.
"Mur", can't really find a good explenation for this sound
"cié" a bit like "CHina" with the T sound Tchina. followed by E as in embarrasing.
"La" is in LAtin, but just a bit longer. Laa
"Go", same as mur.
Oisin could probably help with those two.
Nice colour that blue one.

Apparently lamborghinis are bears on a race track. Big, heavy shifter, heavy clutch, handles like a semi. Although I've never actually driven one.

The old ones yes. The newer Murcielago and Gallardo's are as easy to drive as you average diesel Audi A4 company car.

But Lambos [b]are not[/a] Audis (in fact, Audi is more likely to borrow something from Lambo, when you consider the Audi LeMans, aka the R8 is in direct competition with Lambo). Lambo may share some of the Audi/Volkswagon technology (really only the Quattro tech), but Lambo still does most of their own R&D.

Yeah, with German money, German engineers and a German CEO. Ever sat in a Lambo ? It feels like an A4. All of it is German tech, except for the engine which is half German.
The LeMans = R10 AFAIK. The R8 is their Le Mans car.
And Volkswagen = Audi = Volkswagen = VAG, it doesn't really matter since it's all the same. And since most of the tech comes from the Audi dept. it's logical to say that Lamborghini is owned by Audi. But in the end it doesn't really matter.
Just saw some pics of the Gallardo Spyder in Baby blue. I wouldn't normally consider a car in baby blue but this one does look kinda cool in it.

Why should I ? I know how it's pronounced. And there is no way that it's Gay-ardo. You could say ga-yardo in Dutch and make it sound close but not Gay-ardo in English.

And giving Germany a bad name. If anyone likes the Lambos but find they are too expensive, don't worry, the real VAG sporty brand is SEAT, crappy spanish car maker, a great sporty brand whose model line-up comprises four monoboxes and a supermini, sporty band they say… HAHAHAHA what a bunch of morons.
