So me and some friends are flying to LA on thursday to look at some schools. My roomate is leaving the Art Institute and going to fim school. So hes got some interviews/tours lined up so we can check them out.

I've never been, so it should be pretty cool. Anyone have any suggestions for stuff to do in the evening? Remember we have very little cash to to have a good time with, so free/cheaps suggestions are the best. But we're renting a car, so getting around wont to bad, hoping we dont get too lost.

P.S. my roomate is checking out the Brooks' intitute of photography for their film department, and the LA film school, as well as the Art Institute of LA just as a backup.

Getty Museum, Troubador (catch a show), Glass House, Hollywood Blvd before 8pm, Universal Walk (If you are 21 or over). Westwood, Disneyland?, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Spearmint Rhino, Knotts Berry Farm, LACMA.

If your going anywhere specific like westwood or hollywood I could suggest some places.
